Rapid PSA self-test for use at home
The Prosta-Check Swiss Point of Care is a high-quality self-test for detecting elevated levels of Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) in capillary whole blood obtained from a finger-prick. The test has been developed for home use and offers a simple way to obtain an initial indication of the physiological condition of the prostate.

Why carry out a PSA test?
PSA is a protein produced by the prostate. An elevated PSA level can occur in various prostate conditions, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate inflammation (prostatitis) or prostate cancer. An elevated PSA level does not automatically mean that prostate cancer is present, but it may warrant further medical investigation.

For men aged 50 or over, or men at increased risk due to a family history of the condition, regular monitoring of PSA levels may be advisable. If you receive an abnormal test result, always consult a doctor for further assessment.

Complete test kit
The pack contains almost everything needed to carry out the test. Only alcohol (70%) or an alcohol wipe, absorbent cotton and a timer are not included.
