1. General terms and conditions

• - Images, descriptions, size and weight specifications in our brochures, catalogues or on this website are not binding.
    ; They only give a general representation of the article and cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or compensation.
• - Prices are stated except for printing errors and mistakes in the price calculation. In case of price increases and price differences you will be contacted.
• - Professional articles may legally be supplied with a leaflet that is not in the national language, this cannot give rise to the
    cancellation of the order or return of the ordered items.
• - Promotional items are only valid while supplies last. Promotions cannot be combined with other benefits.
• - Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Terms of Delivery

• - The delivery period is given approximately and will be observed by the seller. In case of later delivery, the customer cannot claim any compensation or cancellation of the order. 
• - For the delivery of furniture, delivery costs will be charged depending on the volume. For return of old examination tables
    price must be requested in advance.
• - Some furniture, to prevent damage and to facilitate transport, can be delivered in a package ,
   assembly of this furniture is very simple and can be easily done by the customer.
• - If the customer If damage or shortages are found, he is obliged to notify Herli Medical in writing within 7 days.
    Afterwards, the goods are deemed to have been accepted without any reservation.

3. Order

• - The person who places the order is the principal and is responsible for payment, even when the goods are delivered to
    to be delivered or invoiced to third parties.
• - Cancellation of an order before processing must be requested by email . Herli Medical is not obliged to cancel this.

4. Return of goods

• - Goods may only be returned after written approval from Herli Medical. A request from return must be received within

    and this by email: [email protected]. After 14 days the withdrawal period expires. After approval the goods must be returned
   returned without delay and this at the latest within 14 days. Goods returned without prior authorization

   and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
• - Returned items must always be packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
• - The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer unless written approval has been given by Herli Medical.
    Returns are always at the sender's risk.
• - Professional users cannot return purchased goods.
• - Herli Medical has the right to charge the customer 20% of the price for an incorrectly ordered item and for a return.
• - Items can be returned if the product has a defect or is damaged, if the product is incorrect as a result of
    of incorrect input or incorrect information (this must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product)
• - Any free gift or other extras must also be returned.
• - The refund will be made using the same payment method used, after we have received the goods in good condition. 

5. Payment terms

• - Our invoices are always payable within 14 days, without discount. For items specially ordered for the customer, furniture,
    devices and larger orders, prepayment will be requested.
• - Purchased goods that have not been paid for in full remain the property of Herli Medical. The buyer cannot transfer ownership. 
• - Each invoice is considered accepted if there is no written complaint from the customer within 7 days, after which they are
    deemed to have been accepted without any reservation.
• - Late payment will give rise to a fixed one-off cost of 20% with a minimum amount of 50 euros and
    2% interest per month, from the month following that of the expected payment date. Failure to pay on the due date,
    makes all invoices due and the supplier has the right to stop further execution of his deliveries.
• - Legal costs for late payment will always be paid by the customer.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability

• - Herli Medical guarantees the best quality and finish of all their products.
• - In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Herli Medical guarantees to the extent that this guarantee is provided by the supplier.
• - The article will be returned carriage paid to the seller's premises, together with a description of the defect and the manner in which it occurred.
• - The supplier's liability is limited to the invoice amount, the right to compensation expires if the buyer has not taken all necessary steps to limit the damage. The supplier is not responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by
    the use of the article.
• - The warranty does not apply to defects caused by incorrect use or resulting from wear and tear or assembly by third parties.
• - In the event of force majeure and any other cause independent of the supplier, the latter is released from all responsibility.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law, in the event of a dispute only the Court of Antwerp has jurisdiction.
