Returns

Return of goods is possible under the following conditions:

1. Goods may only be returned after written agreement of Herli Medical. 
A return request must be submitted within 14 days can be requested after delivery to; Herli medical bv, Prins Boudewijnlaan 7 Unit A05, 2550 Kontich, and this by email:         [email protected]  After 14 days the cancellation period expires. After approval, the goods must immediately be returned and this at the latest within 14 days. Returnes without prior permission cannot be credited.

2.The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in be returned to a resalable condition.

3.Certain products, such as software and storage devices and the like, can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals are intact.

4.Hygienic or sterile products, goods with an expiration date, items that cannot be returned according to medical distribution guidelines, furniture, appliances, instruments, items made to order (with color choice), personalized, pre-assembled and pre-installed products, products for a specific person, cannot be returned and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

5.Returned items must always be packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transportation.

6.The costs for return shipment are borne by the buyer unless written approval has been given by Herli Medical. Return shipments are always at the risk of the sender.

7.Professional users cannot return purchased goods.

8.Herli Medical has the right to charge the customer 20% of the price in the event of an incorrectly ordered item and in the event of a return.

9.Items can be returned if the product is defective or damaged,orif the product is incorrect due to incorrect input or incorrect information (this must be reported be within 5 days of receiving the product)

10.Any free gift or other extras must also be returned. 

11.The refund will be made using the same payment method as the payment was made, after we have received the goods in good condition.
