Administration and shipping costs:  
For orders of < 275 € we do not charge administration and shipping costs in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. For deliveries of furniture, shipping costs are charged depending on the volume.
For orders of < 275 € we charge 4.95 € (Belgium) and 5.95 € (Netherlands + Luxembourg) for administration and shipping costs. 
For France, administration and shipping costs of €11.95 apply. 
For Germany, administration and shipping costs of €9.85 apply. 

For countries within Europe 1*, administration and shipping costs of €15.00 apply. 
For countries within Europe 2*, administration and shipping costs of €17.50 apply. 
For countries within Europe 3*, administration and shipping costs of €25.00 apply. 
For countries within Europe 4*, administration and shipping costs of €28.95 apply. 
For Switzerland, administration and shipping costs apply from 25.00 €. - Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture is delivered free of charge in Belgium on the ground floor. For other arrangements and return of old examination tables, a price must be requested in advance.

Change order:  
Do you want to change your order? Please contact us in time.
Changing an order is possible as long as it has not yet been shipped by us and the goods have not been ordered especially for youand.

Cancel order:
An order can be canceled as long as it has not yet been shipped by us.
Please contact us in good time for this. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.

The delivery time:  
The delivery timeis given approximately and will be observed by the seller. 
The customer cannot claim any damages in the event of a later delivery. claim damages or cancel the order.  

Delivery damage:  
Some furniture are delivered in a package to avoid damage and to facilitate transport.
The assembly of these furniture is very simple and can be easily done by the customer.  The goods are always transported at the customer's risk. The customer can take out insurance when ordering.
