Tracheostomy tube with cuff and double fenestration
The Tracoe Twist Plus tracheostomy tube with cuff and double fenestration has been developed for patients who require secure airway support with a cuff seal as well as support for airflow through the upper airways.

The tube is fitted with a low-pressure cuff and dual fenestration at both the inner and outer bends.

Low-pressure cuff for a secure seal
The integrated low-pressure cuff ensures an effective seal of the airway whilst applying the lowest possible pressure to the tracheal wall.

This contributes to reliable airway support and greater comfort during use.

Support for speech and natural airflow
The double fenestration allows air to flow through the upper airways. Depending on the clinical situation, this can aid voice production and communication.

Use of the fenestration must always be in accordance with the treatment plan and under the supervision of a doctor or healthcare professional.

Two interchangeable inner cannulas
The set contains two inner cannulas:
- a double-fenestrated inner cannula with a 15 mm connector
- a standard inner cannula with a 15 mm connector
This allows the healthcare professional to adapt the configuration to the patient’s needs and the clinical situation.
