Fenestrated tracheostomy tube for speech support
The TRACOE twist fenestrated tracheostomy tube without a cuff has been developed for patients with a tracheostomy for whom speech and natural breathing via the upper airways are important.

Thanks to the fenestration in the outer cannula, air can be directed towards the vocal cords. This can support communication, provided it is medically justified and forms part of the treatment plan.
