3-Way Silicone Foley Couvelaire
The 3-Way Silicone Foley Couvelaire is a post-operative 3-way balloon catheter, made from transparent silicone. The catheter is used for urine drainage and post-operative bladder irrigation, for example following urological procedures.

The 3-way design features separate channels for drainage, balloon inflation and irrigation. This allows irrigation fluid to be administered whilst urine and irrigation fluid are drained via the drainage channel.

Transparent silicone catheter with large balloon
The balloon has a large volume and fits snugly onto the catheter shaft. The valve is suitable for connection to a Luer or Luer-Lock syringe, allowing the balloon to be filled easily.

The catheter is made of silicone and does not contain natural rubber latex, making it suitable for use in patients who must avoid latex.

Visible on X-ray images
The catheter features a radiopaque tip and an X-ray contrast line along the shaft. This makes the position of the catheter visible on X-ray images.
