Rüsch Brillant 3-way indwelling catheter with Dufour tip
The Rüsch Brillant 3-way indwelling catheter with Dufour tip has been developed for post-operative bladder drainage and continuous or intermittent bladder irrigation. The catheter is made from 100% silicone, making it flexible, biocompatible and naturally latex-free.

The three separate lumens provide an efficient combination of urine drainage, balloon fixation and irrigation with flushing fluid. This makes the catheter particularly suitable for situations where continuous bladder irrigation is required following urological surgery.

Reliable fixation and good visibility
The catheter is fitted with an inflatable balloon for secure fixation within the bladder. The radiopaque Dufour tip and integrated X-ray contrast line ensure the catheter’s position is clearly visible during radiological examination.

In addition, the two staggered catheter lumens ensure efficient drainage of urine and irrigation fluid.

Practical to use
The colour-coded valve is suitable for connection to both Luer and Luer-lock syringes, making inflation of the balloon simple and safe. The catheter is supplied sterile and is intended for single use only.
