Versatile tracheostomy tube for neonates and children
The Bivona TTS Paediatric Tracheostomy Tube is designed for neonatal and paediatric patients who require a flexible solution for airway management. Thanks to the innovative Tight-to-Shaft (TTS) cuff, this tube combines the advantages of a cuffed and uncuffed tracheostomy tube, often eliminating the need to switch between different tubes.

When the cuff is inflated, it creates a reliable seal for mechanical ventilation. When deflated, the cuff lies flush against the shaft, allowing the tube to behave like an uncuffed tube and making it suitable for weaning and supporting speech.

High comfort for sensitive airways
The tube is made from soft silicone material that is free from DEHP, plasticisers and latex. This makes the tube particularly suitable for neonates and children with a sensitive trachea or stoma site.

The flexible design conforms to the patient’s anatomy and helps to minimise airway irritation.

Optimal fit
The Bivona TTS paediatric tubes are available with two different neck plates:
- Straight Neck Flange for a straight fit
- V-neck flange for extra comfort and a better anatomical fit
This allows the most suitable version to be selected for each patient.
