The Tracoe Twist Plus tracheostomy tube with dual fenestration has been developed for patients who require airflow through the upper airways and speech support.

The tube features dual fenestration at the inner and outer bends. This facilitates airflow through the natural airway, where medically appropriate.

Support for speech and communication
Thanks to the double fenestration, air can be directed towards the upper airways and vocal cords. This can aid voice production and communication.

Use of the fenestration must always be in accordance with the treatment plan and under the supervision of a doctor or healthcare professional.

Two inner cannulae for flexible use
The set contains two inner cannulas:

a double-fenestrated inner cannula with a 15 mm connector
a standard inner cannula with a 15 mm connector
This allows the healthcare professional to adapt the configuration to the clinical situation and the patient’s needs.
