Speech valve for tracheostomy patients
The Tracoe Phon Assist I is a high-quality speaking valve for tracheostomy patients. The valve is designed to be attached to a fenestrated tracheostomy tube with a standard 15 mm connector.

The speaking valve supports voice production via the natural airway and can assist with breathing exercises and therapeutic stimulation.

Adjustable breathing resistance
The Tracoe Phon Assist I features two fully adjustable side openings. These allow the airflow and breathing resistance to be individually adjusted to the patient’s needs.

By rotating the upper section of the speaking valve, the breathing resistance can be precisely adjusted.

Support for voice recovery
During use, exhalation takes place partly through the side openings and partly through the natural airway. This allows air to be directed towards the upper airways and vocal cords.

This makes the Tracoe Phon Assist I suitable for voice rehabilitation, stimulation of the oropharyngeal region and support during weaning from ventilation.

With integrated oxygen supply port
The speaking valve is fitted with an integrated oxygen supply port. This allows additional oxygen to be administered when medically necessary.
