Teleflex Trach-Vent Plus+ HME
The Teleflex Gibeck Trach-Vent Plus+ HME has been developed for spontaneously breathing patients with a tracheostomy. The heat and moisture exchanger (HME) helps to return heat and moisture from the exhaled air to the inhaled air, thereby supporting natural humidification of the airways.

Practical for everyday use
The Trach-Vent Plus+ is fitted with a self-opening and self-closing suction port, allowing suctioning to take place without having to remove the HME completely. This simplifies daily tracheostomy care and helps to maintain humidification as much as possible.

In addition, the HME has an integrated oxygen port, so that supplementary oxygen can be easily administered if necessary.

Suitable for adults and children
The Trach-Vent Plus+ is fitted with a standard 15 mm connector and can be used with both adult and paediatric patients. This makes the HME suitable for a wide range of applications in hospitals, intensive care units and at home.
