Checking your glucose meter
The Swiss Point of Care Glucose Control Solution has been developed to check that the glucose meter and test strips are working correctly. By carrying out a test with the pre-calibrated control solution, you can verify that the system is providing reliable measurement results.

Contents:
1 x 2ml Control Solution 0: contains less than 0.1% glucose
1 x 2ml Control Solution 1: contains less than 0.2% glucose
1 x 2ml Control solution 2: contains less than 0.4% glucose

When should you use control solution?
A check using the Swiss Point of Care Glucose Control Solution is recommended when using the glucose meter for the first time, before opening a new pack of test strips, if you are unsure about the measurement results, if the meter may be damaged, after cleaning the meter, and at least once a week.
