IUD removal forceps
These forceps are made of polyamide with a specially designed handle for an easier grip, the end is rectangular, the jaws have a very good grip on the threads of the IUD to catch them or to hold a pad.
IUD removal forceps are used times a gynaecological examination or when removing an intrauterine instrument. These IUD removal forceps allow you to grasp the wire of the IUD and pull it down to remove it.
In case a new IUD is placed, these forceps can be used to clean the area and/or cervix with a disinfectant pad and prepare it for the placement of a new IUD.
These forceps should not be used on persons allergic to Polyamide
