The Pipelle® de Cornier Mark II is a new device based on the original Pipelle® de Cornier.
Endometrial cells (cytological specimen) are collected on the rough surface 2 cm from the tip and endometrial tissue (histological specimen) is collected by plunger aspiration.

Used for:
Detection of luteal phase insufficiency.
Monitoring endometrial effects of hormone treatments.
Abnormal bleeding.
Bacteriological cultures to identify pathogens.
Late menopause.
Menometrorragia with or without HST.
Systematic screening for endometrial cancer and hyperplasia.
