Eclipse 3D Probe Covers are high-quality, soft, disposable probe covers designed for use with most medical endocavitary ultrasound probes and transducers. They are widely used in examinations such as transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) and transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), where reliable protection and accurate imaging are essential.

Pre-coated for immediate use
Each Eclipse probe cover is pre-coated on the inside with Aquasonic 100 Ultrasound Transmission Gel. This makes the cover quick and easy to apply and helps to reduce air bubbles, ensuring that healthcare professionals can rely on smooth application and optimal ultrasound image quality during the examination.

Latex-free and comfortable fit
The probe covers are made from supple, flexible polyethylene and do not contain natural rubber latex. This reduces the risk of latex-related allergic reactions in both patients and healthcare professionals. The material is also non-irritating and non-sensitising, which contributes to patient comfort during endocavitary procedures.

Verifiable barrier protection
Eclipse 3D Probe Covers have been verified as an effective barrier against viruses and bacteria down to a size of 20 nm. When a barrier provides protection against particles of this size, it offers a very high level of protection against known viruses such as influenza, SARS-CoV-2, HIV and Ebola.
