Upgrade of the standard ophtalmoscope to improve eye examinations thanks to long-lasting LED lights and DuraShock™ technology.
The new PanOptic Welch Allyn ophtalmoscope offers a remarkably brighter, wider and enlarged field of view. The PanOptic Plus has a field of view 20X larger than the standard ophthalmoscope. Clinicians can use the PanOptic to examine their patients' conditions better than ever, enabling earlier diagnosis and treatment.

New innovative features for the PanOptic:
Quick Eye Alignment - improving patient vision focus. The innovative alignment lights help clinicians focus and guide vision making examinations easier.
Long-lasting LED illumination - the PanOptic ophthalmoscope head Basic is an updated ophtalmoscope head from Welch Allyn. This PanOptic features a Welch Allyn SureColor LED bulb (non-replaceable), which is very energy-efficient and provides more and whiter light than a traditional halogen bulb.
