Nexcare coldhot pack Maxi
Nexcare coldhot pack is a reusable cold and heat pack that naturally provides both cold and hot pain relief. Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Pack Maxi is suitable for warming or cooling the skin. Cold relieves swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat reduces pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for everyone.

Instructions for use
Nexcare coldhot pack is easy to use.
For hot application: heat in a microwave or hot water bath. bring enough water to submerge the pad to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat source and immerse the pad in the water for 6-8 minutes.
microwave: place the pad flat and unfolded in the microwave. Heat the pad in intervals according to the microwave heating symbols.
Apply to the painful area for as long as it feels comfortable. After about 30 minutes, reheat the pad.
For cold application: store in the fridge or freezer. Apply the compress as long as it feels comfortable (max. 20 minutes). Then leave the treated area uncovered for 20 minutes before reapplying the compress.
