The Microlife WatchBP office blood pressure monitor reduces the time involved in taking more frequent measurements by automatically taking three consecutive readings and also instantly displaying the average of these readings. During the measurements, it effectively screens for atrial fibrillation.

Features such as "Routine mode" and "Screen mode" perform multiple measurements at the touch of a button. "Screen mode" offers the ability to measure blood pressure simultaneously on both arms, as recommended by ESH guidelines at initial consultation. In addition, the Watch BP Office offers the possibility of auscultatory measurement.
Screen mode - Automatically take three simultaneous consecutive double-arm measurements as recommended during the first visit. Mean blood pressure, inter-arm verchances and presence of atrial fibrillation are automatically displayed.
Routine mode - Automatically three consecutive single-arm measurements for follow-up visits. Again, the mean and presence of atrial fibrillation are automatically displayed.
Auscultatory mode - Semi-automatic function for use in the elderly and patients with obesity, arrhythmia or diabetes mellitus.
