Leukoplast skin sensitive is an artificial silk adhesive plaster with a silicone adhesive layer for the fixation of wound dressings or medical devices. The silicone adhesive layer ensures that the skin is affected as little as possible. This makes Leukoplast skin sensitive particularly suitable for very sensitive or fragile skin,
for example in:
- Elderly patients, a growing group who often have very fragile skin
- Patients whose skin is affected by illness, medication or long-term treatments
- Babies and young children whose skin is not yet fully developed and is therefore very sensitive
- In complex wounds, such as diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers and pressure ulcers
