The Port-A-Cath Plastic Hub Port Needle is designed to provide safe and efficient access to implantable venous port systems. The needle is suitable for both the administration of medication and infusion fluids and for the collection of blood or other bodily fluids.

The special non-coring tip protects the port’s silicone septum from damage, thereby helping to extend the implant’s lifespan.

Available in various versions
The Port-A-Cath Plastic Hub is available in several needle gauges, allowing you to select the most suitable option for your intended use.

In addition, the port needle is available with:
- Straight plastic hub
- 90° angled plastic hub for an ergonomic connection

The colour-coded hubs make it easy to quickly identify the correct size.

Designed for daily clinical use
The non-siliconised needle offers reliable performance during use. The port needle is suitable for a wide range of applications in oncology, infusion therapy and other treatments where long-term venous access is required.

In addition, the needle is conditionally MRI-compatible up to 3 Tesla, meaning it can be used safely during MRI scans under the prescribed conditions.
