The treatment is safe, effective, and also very simple.
The skin is treated by freezing.
The freezing starts immediately when the applicator is applied to the skin.
This causes the skin colour to turn white, and may cause tingling or burning sensations. The treatment itself takes only 40 seconds.

After treatment, the top skin layer will fall away along with the condition, and a new, healthy skin layer will be created within 10-14 days.
Cryotherapy can sometimes cause a blister. This should be protected with a plaster. Sometimes several treatments are needed.
