One of the most efficient means of removing all germs on an instrument, even the most resistant to heat, is a system that uses dry-air sterilisation.
Internal structure: 18/8 stainless non-corrosive stainless steel, indestructible sterilisation chamber that reflects the heat so that the desired temperature can be reached quickly. Perfect heat distribution and significant electrical energy savings.
External structure: glazed front panel and door made of stainless steel.
Sheet steel of the sides and back fully painted with epoxy powder.
Insulation: inner structure and hermetically sealed door (thanks to a special heat-resistant silicone rubber seal)
with special fibreglass-coated material to prevent heat transfer to the external structure.
Thermostat: automatic, capillary lamp model with automatic regulation from 90 to 2000°C, complete with switch in compliance with international safety regulations.
Timer: form 0 to 120 minutes for automatic regulation of the thermostat's power supply time, with automatic shutdown (with manual position for work requirements of more than 120 minutes).
Resistor: 600-watt stainless steel guard with diffuser to achieve high efficiency, low inertia and instant operation, complete with bayonet connection for easy and quick replacement (patented).
Thermometer: highly accurate and robust, using capillary bulb and liquid expansion systems.
This machine is equipped with: safety fuses, main light switch, neon warning lights linked to thermostat controls and timer controls, power cable complete with earthed plug, three treated itallumac trays, tongs to remove the trays from the sterilisation chamber.
