The Coach 2 Incentive Spirometer helps patients to carry out breathing exercises independently and correctly. By breathing in slowly and deeply, the lungs are fully expanded. This helps to prevent atelectasis (the collapse of alveoli) and supports a faster recovery of lung function following surgery.
