The Clearview Strep A Dipstick 2 is a rapid chromatographic immunity test for the qualitative detection of Strep A antigens performed from
throat specimens to aid in the diagnosis of group A streptococcal infection.
- For professional use only!
- Use only reagents and sterile swabs supplied with the kit!
The Clearview Strep A Dipstick 2 is a rapid test to qualitatively detect the presence of Strep A antigens in throat specimens and that results within 5 minutes
announces.
The test uses antibodies specific to whole-cell Lancefield group A streptococci to selectively detect Strep A antigens in throat specimens
detect.

Operation Strep A Cleartest:
After the test is immersed in a specimen, the taken throat specimen reacts with an antibody to Strep A coated on particles.
This mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the antibody on Strep A on the membrane and generate a colour line in the test line area.
The presence of this colour line in the test line area indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result.
To check the procedure, a
coloured line in the control line area. If no control line appears, the test result is invalid.
