The Spirodoc Oximeter is a portable, pulse oximeter ideal for general sampling and continuous monitoring of respiratory patients undergoing rehabilitation.

The recorder uses MIR's 3D Oximeter technology with a tri axial motion sensor to correlate the patient's saturation level (%SpO2) with his/her own saturation level physical activity. The oximeter automatically measures physical activity and body position and is recorded while standing, walking or sleeping.
The Spirodoc Oxi is suitable for use in 6-minute walk tests, sleep oximetry and for continuous use monitoring of daily physical activity. For 6-minute walk tests, the Spirodoc can measure the level of oxygen therapy required by the patient.

The device has two modes: professional use and home use. The modes can be applied by the patient depending on the application. While using the spirodoc on a patient, the device can be put into patient mode with an "eDiary". This allows patients to answer pre-configured questions about their symptoms for the day.

The Spirodoc is powered by a long-life rechargeable battery and has a large internal memory for hours of oximetry recording. The device features a high-resolution touchscreen display with simple and clear display of %SpO2 and HR measurements with view of the plethysmographic curve. Results can be downloaded with the free MIR WinspiroPR PC software for further analysis and comprehensive reporting.
