Dermabond Prineo Skin Closure System:
is an innovative, dual skin suture system that provides optimal strength and healing.
It is a combination of a liquid skin adhesive with an adhesive (latex-free) mesh for closing surgical incisions and simple cuts, providing a non-invasive alternative to skin sutures and staples.

DERMABOND PRINEO offers the proven strength, flexibility and antimicrobial protection of DERMABOND ADVANCED, combined with the safety of an adhesive mesh, ensuring effective wound closure and optimal healing.

Component 1: Applicator with liquid skin adhesive
The liquid 2-octylcyanoacrylate topical skin adhesive provides strong wound closure and in vitro protection against micro-organisms. When applied to the mesh tape, the adhesive cures in about 60 seconds.

Component 2: Polyester mesh tape in convenient dispenser
A flexible, self-adhesive polyester mesh tape that, when combined with the skin adhesive, supports excellent wound adaptation and healing. The tape contains an initiator that accelerates the curing process of the adhesive.
